Apple releases iOS 4.2.1 GM for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch- What's going on?
Apple has released iOS 4.2.1 GM to developers. This follows last week's release of iOS 4.2 GM 2. Either way, iOS 4.2.1 GM is only available to developers who have signed up for the iPhone Developer Standard or Enterprise Program.
You may download iOS 4.2.1 GM seed from the iOS Dev Center. From what we can read from this new development, it seems safe to say that the public version of iOS 4.2 is at least a week away. This is the first time Apple has released so many Gold Master versions of the iOS. This could indicate that iOS 4.2 could have had and still has several bugs that need to be attended to!
