Breaking- Download iOS 4.2 Apps for the iPad, iPhone and iPod from the App Store
In what appears to be the clearest indication that iOS 4.2 for the iPhone, iPod and iPad is coming out anytime soon, the App Store has already begun providing Apps that run on iOS 4.2 for downloading. Below is a screen shoot from iTunes.

i noticed some apps have been updated showing iOS 4.2 compatibility since early this or possible last week
