Voice Notifications, a Cydia Tweak, is going to change the way your iPhone talks to you! The Voice Notifications app allows you to have your iPhone say just about anything you want it to when you receive a Text Message or Phone Call. In effect, this replaces the ringtone with the voice of a woman alerting you that you have received a new text message or call from someone.
You may download Voice Notifications from Cydia under the BigBoss repo for $0.99. It will not add a new icong to your springboard as you can tweak everything directly from the Settings.app. Note that Voice Notifications does not work with the iPhone 3G or older devices and that it requires iOS 4 or higher.
